1. Overview
fmfbh (operated by Furniture Enterprises of Alaska) is pleased to offer free standard shipping within the United States on eligible orders placed through fmfbh.store. This policy explains processing times, delivery estimates, handling of large items, and what to do if a package is lost or damaged.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (business days = Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

During sales events or peak seasons processing may take slightly longer; any significant delays will be communicated by email.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates (U.S. only)
We ship to physical U.S. addresses (including Alaska and Hawaii). Delivery times are estimates measured from the date of shipment:

Standard Shipping (Free) — Estimated 3–7 business days depending on destination and carrier.

Expedited Options — If available at checkout, faster delivery methods can be purchased for an additional fee; estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout.
Note: Delivery windows are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary by region, weather, or carrier operational conditions.
4. Shipping Coverage & Restrictions

Free Shipping applies to deliveries within the United States only.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

We ship to physical street addresses and approved PO Boxes where carriers permit. Some oversized furniture may require a commercial address for delivery.

Certain remote or restricted addresses may incur longer transit times or delivery limitations; we will contact you if your address cannot be served.
5. Large or Oversized Item Handling

For bulky furniture items (tables, large bookcases, sofas, etc.), orders may be shipped via freight or special carrier. Such shipments may require curbside delivery or scheduled appointment.

If a delivery appointment is required, our carrier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery window.

White-glove delivery (inside placement, assembly) is not included by default but may be offered as an add-on in select regions—details, availability and fees (if any) will be shown at checkout.
6. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier tracking information to update.

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, contact support@fmfbh.store.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Lost or missing packages: If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your order, contact support@fmfbh.store within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.

Damaged items: Inspect all shipments upon receipt and retain packaging. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at support@fmfbh.store with photos of the damage and the package. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the order after verification.

For claims involving carrier damage or loss, we will assist in filing a claim but may require your cooperation and documentation (photos, delivery notes).
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

As we ship only within the United States, customs, duties, and import taxes do not apply to domestic orders.

Orders may be subject to sales tax based on shipping address and applicable state/local tax laws.
9. Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. Requests to change the shipping address after the order has shipped may incur additional fees or be declined.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment or refund. Re-shipment may require a shipping fee.
10. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
To protect customers and our business, some orders may be subject to additional verification checks. We may contact you to confirm order details or request additional information. Delays for verification are temporary and intended to prevent fraud.
11. Intellectual Property & Brand Complaints (Shipping Context)
We do not ship counterfeit or infringing merchandise. If you are a rights owner and have concerns about items shipped from our site, please contact support@fmfbh.store with evidence and the order information; we will promptly investigate and take corrective action as needed.
